Around 10 am on Friday, a crash involving two jet trainers left one dead and two others injured. The incident happened at Laughlin Air Force Base in West Texas.
Naturally, no immediate information was released about the crash. The Air Force said the incident is still under investigation.
According to a statement released by the Air Force, the critically injured pilot was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. The other injured pilot was fortunately treated for minor injuries and discharged.
Two T-38C aircraft were involved in the crash, twin-engine supersonic jets that seat a student and instructor.
